is the title of my mass for mixed choir, 8 wind instruments, and solo vocalist.
A body of sound with the breath as its foundation.
In my work, I attempt to strike a balance between searching and letting things flow through, between concentrated effort and just giving oneself over.

For the music to breathe, cheer, rest, pulsate, shine, and penetrate, it requires more than myself.
